Place: It is a JBL brand store. They have an awesome AV room where you can listen to various devices and understand the nuances
Service: Excellent service. We were greeted by Prateek when we entered. He understood our requirements. Patiently walked us through various products (upsold some :) and helped us pick up the right product.
I highly recommend this place in case you are out to buy JBL

I visited JBL Store in Nexus Shantiniketan Mall. Mr. Prateek was awesome in receiving the customers and explaining about the features of each Product in JBL. He has given ample time for me to go through the experience of all the Soundbars in the store. I was amused to JBL1000 Soundbar and had no second thought in going for it. Very helpful people. Was looking for JBL soundbar and they helped me understand more about the sound bars and their sound levels. They have a small experience room in the showroom in which you can experience sound quality of different bars. Quite knowledgeable people and a very large collection of JBL speakers. I had an extraordinary experience at this Harman store for around 1.5 hours. I explored here the purchase of the JBL soundbar 1000 / 1300. I was blown away by their noise protected separate music experience room that helped me to realise the potential of various sound bars. Mr. Prateek spent 1.5 hours with me detailing minute details about the soundbars, their advantages, differences, Dolby etc. It is solely because of the experience that I finally ended up purchasing the JBL 1300 soundbar.
