Recently, I visited the JBL Brand Store at R-City Mall, Ghatkopar to purchase a JBL PartyBox, where I interacted with Smriti and Swapnil. Smriti demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the products and explained every detail, especially the technical features, which helped me feel confident about choosing the Club 120. Swapnil assisted me with the financing options and offered a great discount. The store staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy—something I truly appreciated. Even after the purchase, Swapnil went the extra mile by personally delivering the product to my car in the parking area. This thoughtful gesture was highly commendable. A big shoutout to the team! I definitely look forward to visiting the store again in the future.

One of the best experience ever in India
I wanted to buy one pair of GO4 to experiment the stereo mode. Though my first preferred color was black, it's out stock at this outlet. However, Mr. Manoji and Mr.Swapnil found out the stock in other outlet nearby immediately. More to that, they kindly arranged the transfering for the stock with motorcycle courier to my home adress. Amazingly, that courie reached my home within 2 hours even on the weekend night.
Thanks to them, my life was dramatically enriched by my favorite music. Thank you so much!
