Hello,
We purchased Harman Kardon Citation unit (woofer, front speakers and side speakers ).
Prior to buying the above configuration, we had seen many systems since last 3 month's. Was inclined towards Yamaha, denon amplifiers and independent speakers. Also visited Bose many a times at in orbit mall.
However, we made a visit to Your store in malad Inorbit. And actually were amazed by the way it was presented to us. No doubt the system was quality, but the sales person Mr. Ryan having in depth knowledge on music and the configuration was helpful.
My parents and wife had many queries which he answered patiently actually convinced us to increase are budgets from 140k to 160k.
None of the above systems mentioned above were bad but attimes a personal touch helps.
I had a configuration issue and was not able to get the right kind of effect. Mr. Neel along with Mr. Ryan ensured the system was set up correctly as per my satisfaction. We watched the Bahubali movie and were very very happy with the system and performance.
