Glad that the JBL store at Inorbit Mall has amazing personnel like Ryan and Neil. Ryan made our decision to buy the JBL 9.1 surround system, an easy one. His thorough knowledge on the product, understanding the customer requirement, clarifying each query without any hestitation gave the confidence on making our decision a smooth one. Bonus was the interesting convo and insights provided by Neil. Not only we bought the system we wanted immediately but also got us prepared for another system. Kudos to both of you for your client relationship skills!!

Amazing sound experience. Very friendly touring of the system by Ms. Pooja at Inorbit Malad. Very well knowledge with the system. Explained very well.
But JBL management should says they don’t do home delivery. If u go to buy washing machine do they tell you pls take it with you…NO RIGHT.
Some norms doesnt make sense at JBL. It has to be changed. When we buy such expensive system we wud prefer home delivery. Even at BOSE they have free home delivery. Pls make a point to change this stupid rule. Well done Pooja mam for the experience. We are having a good time.
